Ethos West added a spectacular steel deck with a new roof and organized the repair of the crumbling stucco, the repair and replacement of windows and doors. The foreman, Joey kept us sane during the months of deconstruction and rebuilding, and was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed of the next steps and plans. Now that the deck job is finished, I want to tell you how pleased we are with the quality of the work. The under-deck looks perfect and I am very happy with how the beam repairs turned out.
